Essentials

1. Electrolyte Replacement
Natural Mins - 4 after practice or competition to replace the minerals (electrolytes) that were lost during sweating.

Additional Options

2. Injury Recovery (sprained your ankle or knee for example)
Xtra Enzymes –8 to 10 tablets 4 times per day on an empty stomach. 
When taking Xtra Enzymes, you should take at least 1 B12 Nitro per day.
Joint Flex – 3 capsules per day to help repair cartilage, tendons and ligaments.
Natural Mins – take 4 to 6 per day.
Max EFA’s – 2 per meal
This protocol should be used in addition to normal treatment such as icing, chiropractic, physical therapy, etc…

3. Energy Production
Whether you walk 18 holes,  or get fatigued over the course of a round of golf,  Look to O2 Plus+ for that extra bit of energy.
******O2 Plus+   - 4 to 6 tablets 1 hour to 30 minutes before practice or competition.   Take another 5 tablets after 9 holes.
B12 Nitro – 1 to 3 per day between meals.

4. Over Stressed
Adrenal Balance – 2 to 3 per meal.

5. Career Extension
+++++AA Resveratrol Blast – take 2 to 6 per day

6. Getting Sick?
Zinc Clutch – 1 tablespoon with each meal until the Zinc Clutch gets a strong metallic taste.
Vita D – 2 to 4 drops per day.  The less time you spend in the sun, the more you need.  Levels are best checked with blood work.
Adrenal Glandular or Adrenal Balance. I encourage you to read the Adrenal section of the“Learning Center” at www.XCAP.tv   and decide what symptoms you have.
Make sure you are taking the Natural Mins and have a Recovery Shake for breakfast.

7. Hormone Support
IGF Blast – 3 when you wake up and 3 before bed
Rigid -T- – 2 at breakfast and 1-2 at lunch
Max EFA’s – 2 per meal
Vita D – 2 to 4 drops per day.  The less time you spend in the sun, the more you need.  Levels are best checked with blood work.

8. Sore Back, Shoulders etc.
Joint Flex – 3 per day
Max EFA’s – 2 per meal
Vita D – 2 to 4 drops per day. The less time you spend in the sun, the more you need. Levels are best checked with blood work.
Xtra Enzymes – 4 to 8 tablets on empty stomach 1 hour to 30 minutes before playing.

Immediately after playing take another 4 to 8 enzymes with at least 10 ounces of water.  This allows the enzymes time to pass out of the stomach and start removing waste products and inflammation that was produced during the exercise (practice).
When taking Xtra Enzymes, you should take at least 1 B12 Nitro per day.
